Both processing facilities are subject to continous technological development. The up to date wine production technolgy guarantees the production of quality, flavoury wines. The technologies applied as parts of the production process comprise floating and the reductive wine production process comprising cooled fermentation, retaining the aromas and flavours in the wine.  Following crushing and stalking, the gentle pressing will be done by vacuum-presses at a pressure of 0.3-0.6 bar. The cleaning of the grape-juice will take place with static sedimentation and fining. The fermentation is done at 12-16 C-degrees following the injection of the proper kind of yeast. In the course of handling, storing and conditioning the wines, reductive environment is maintained to produce fruity wines with fresh and bright primary fragrance and aroma.
